How returns are handled
Because sorandco sells handmade, small-batch, and custom work, returns are handled by item type.
Ready-made physical items
Ready-made physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or did not match the listing.
Custom work
Custom commissions, altered cards, personalized items, and made-to-order work are not returnable once work has begun.
Damage or listing problems
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will work with you on a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund depending on the issue.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not available for normal handmade variation, small print or finish differences, buyer's remorse on custom work, or delays caused by missing customer information.
Handmade variation
Small differences in color, texture, finish, brushwork, layer lines, print surface, or fit are normal for handmade and 3D printed goods. Photos are taken to represent the item honestly, but screen color and lighting may vary.
