sorandco currently ships within the United States.

Processing time

Ready-made physical items usually ship within 3-5 business days unless the listing says otherwise. Commissioned or made-to-order work ships after the piece is complete and final shipping details are confirmed.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are either shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment. For MTG alter commissions, return shipping is handled separately after the card is finished so the actual package, protection, and destination can be priced fairly.

Packaging

Cards and small art pieces ship in protective sleeves with rigid support. Deck boxes and larger items ship with protective packaging appropriate to the item.

Damage

Once an order ships, you will receive tracking when available. If a package arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so I can help make it right.
